Do not work on being successful, work on being valuable.
The value you bring to the market place is what pays you.
If your pay is little the value you bring to the table is small.
The secret of the value you bring is in the quality first and then in the quantity (the number of people you serve).
Both entities Quality and Quantity are very important. One without the other will fail to maximise your value.
