THE IMPORTANCE OF A TEAM
God wants us to have a team to accomplish what he has called us into.
God will not use you until you are trained (same with any organisation).
Jesus had a team, he got his team (disciples) trained.
When God gives you a job or business to do, he does not need your personality or capability; when God calls you, it does not matter what anyone think of you. What matters is fulfilling the calling with the help of the Holy Spirit.
God always wants us to dream, dream, and dream cause with Him all things are possible
Maintain the unity of the body (very key in management)
When you function in a team, you should want the team to succeed.
When you grow in authority, God lifts your platform.
Your Platform is your opportunity...
